Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship to the 48 continental states and Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available on some products. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • YES!
  • Shipping rates are based on size, weight and destination. 
  • Customs duties, taxes and fees are paid by the BUYER.
  • It is the responsibility of the BUYER to make sure items will clear your country's customs department. 
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOMS AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR SEIZED OR LOST PACKAGES.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

  • We ship all orders within 1 BUSINESS DAY (Monday through Friday) of purchase.
  • We DO NOT ship on weekends.
  • We DO NOT ship on national holidays.
  • In the event of severe storms or national unrest, shipping may be delayed. This will be communicated to buyers via e-mail and posted on our home page.
  • Example of shipping times:
    • If you place an order on Wednesday morning, your order will be shipped by the end of business on Thursday. 
    • If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on the following Monday provided it is not a national holiday.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE ITEMS?

  • Very Carefully! 
  • We make sure our products are packaged securely so that they arrive to you safe and sound. We use bubble wrap which we have found works perfectly sending all of our items. 
  • We send all of our packages in unmarked boxes, no one needs to know your business but you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

  • If your order arrives with damaged pieces or is simply incorrect, just take a picture of the item(s) and email us at: support@crazydonkeyglass.com. We will work with you to correct the problem.
  • We may ask for the damaged or incorrect item back, in which case we will email you a pre-paid return label.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THE ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU?

  • We work hard every day to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, this includes end-to-end communication. In the event of a package returning to us, we will contact you and will work with you to find a solution.
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RESHIPPING ANY PACKAGES.
